
Natasha Yannacañedo’s work spans independent film, radio, primetime television, and numerous plays. She has a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from the American Conservatory Theater. Natasha appeared as Carmen in CBS’s The Education of Max Bickford with Marcia Gay Harden. She played a lead role in the film 107 Street that had its world premiere at the New York International Latino Film Festival. Natasha performed in Medea with Tony Award winner Trezana Beverley at the National Black Theater. Natasha won an HOLA award for Best Ensemble Performance in Fireflies at Thalia Spanish Theatre. She is a company member of Judith Shakespeare Company and Visible Theatre. Natasha is a proud member of the Screen Actors Guild and Actors’ Equity Association. She has directed several shows; her most recent successes were 29 Questions at the Shell Theater in Times Square and Angels in America: Millennium Approaches at St. Francis College. She co-directed a national PSA for the Federal Highway Administration and has directed several Acting Showcases in New York City through the N.Y. Acting Company. Natasha is passionate about the craft of acting and public speaking. She is an adjunct professor at L.I.M. College and St. Francis College. She also works for The Institute of Music and Playwrights Theatre.
